Earth Water Fire Gazpacho

  • Salt to taste
  • 3 Tsp guacamole
  • 1 Garlic Clove, cut in half
  • 1 Large Avocado
  • ½ Onion chopped fine
  • ½ tsp Mustard Powder
  • ¼ tsp Lemon Juice
  • Soy Mayonnaise

Sprinkle salt in a bowl and rub in garlic.

Mash Avocado well and combine with remaining ingredients except Soy Mayonnaise. Spread mayonnaise on top and chill.
Blend in Mayonnaise and serve.

    I’ll try this recipe, thank you for sharing it. Gazpacho is one of my favorites, but the ingredients I use are slightly different from yours.
