Cream of Broccoli Soup

1 head broccoli 1 head cauliflower 1 small onion chopped fine 1 T butter 5 c milk salt and pepper to taste ¼ t nutmeg Steam vegetables until soft, then puree with part of the milk. Saute onion and butter until soft. Mix with vegetables and remaining milk. Reheat soup. Add seasonings to taste. Serve with freshly grated parmesan cheese.

Earth Water Fire Gazpacho

Salt to taste 3 Tsp guacamole 1 Garlic Clove, cut in half 1 Large Avocado ½ Onion chopped fine ½ tsp Mustard Powder ¼ tsp Lemon Juice Soy Mayonnaise Sprinkle salt in a bowl and rub in garlic. Mash Avocado well and combine with remaining ingredients except Soy Mayonnaise. Spread mayonnaise on top and chill. Blend in Mayonnaise and serve.
