Cream of Broccoli Soup

1 head broccoli 1 head cauliflower 1 small onion chopped fine 1 T butter 5 c milk salt and pepper to taste ¼ t nutmeg Steam vegetables until soft, then puree with part of the milk. Earth Water Fire Gazpacho

Salt to taste 3 Tsp guacamole 1 Garlic Clove, cut in half 1 Large Avocado ½ Onion chopped fine ½ tsp Mustard Powder ¼ tsp Lemon Juice Soy Mayonnaise Sprinkle salt in a bowl and rub in garlic.
