Italian Salad Dressing

  • 2 c olive oil
  • 1 c balsamic vinegar
  • 4 cloves of garlic
  • 4 oz fresh basil
  • ¼ t salt
  • 1 T sugar

Blend all ingredients. Can be stored for long periods in refrigerator.

    Just made this dressing – yum! Plenty leftover for the next salad too.
